Meet our Team

Todd Reynolds

Todd grew up  playing sports and loving cars. In school he took college prep courses never expecting to find his way in the automotive world. He started life after high school in electrical engineering only to fail a class and decide to take a different career path. He started out detailing cars and spent all his time when he wasn't cleaning cars asking questions and helping technicians. The opportunity arose for him to move into the quick lube and the rest is history. Todd was afforded a hands on apprenticeship with a Toyota dealer and has spent the last 25 years pursuing all aspects of automotive service including automotive technician, research and development, management, and now to be a part of training and equipping the next generation. This is a dream that seemed too far out of reach.... but God provided a way. Todd has been married to his amazing wife almost 31 years who has a degree in education  and has 2 grown children who both graduated college and are pursuing careers. He loves being the odd man out.

Rick Honeycutt

I began my automotive career with Mercedes in 1978, thanks to the help of my high school auto mechanics instructor. After that, I spent 18 years at Knoxville Motor Company before returning to Mercedes, where I eventually became a Master Tech. In 1996, I moved to Lexus and earned certification as a Lexus Certified Tech. Then in 1998, I joined Toyota, where I became a Toyota Master Diagnostic Technician and worked as a Service Team Leader. Along the way, I also earned certification as an ASE Master Tech with an L1 advanced level specialist. After leaving Toyota in 2015, I transitioned to teaching Automotive classes at the high school level.
