How it Works

The 30-month program is designed to provide comprehensive training for individuals interested in pursuing a career as an automotive technician. The program is divided into two parts, with the first 24 months being classroom-based and the remaining 6 months focused entirely on the web based training.

Throughout the program, students are employed full-time by their respective dealership and receive a regular hour rate. They attend classes one night a week, on Mondays from 5-9 p.m. Instructors for the program are a combination of professional educators and industry professionals, ensuring that students receive the most up-to-date and relevant training.

The curriculum is tailored to the specific needs of the industry and is supported by the manufacturers. This ensures that students receive training that is both industry-specific and manufacturer-focused, making them highly sought-after candidates for employment.

Upon completion of the program, students receive a certificate of completion endorsed by the Department of Labor for Technician Apprenticeship, which demonstrates their mastery of the skills and knowledge required for a successful career as an automotive technician.
